Subscription Management

Manage your Superlines subscription, billing details, and plan options to ensure you have the right features for your marketing needs.

Overview

The Subscription Management section allows you to:

  • View your current subscription plan and status
  • Change your billing cycle
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • Update payment methods
  • View billing history and receipts
  • Cancel your subscription if needed

Accessing Subscription Management

To access subscription management:

  1. Log in to your Superlines account
  2. Click on "Settings" in the left sidebar
  3. Select "Organization Settings"
  4. Scroll to the "Subscription Management" section
  5. Click "Manage Subscription"

Alternatively, you can:

  1. Click on your profile menu in the top-right corner
  2. Select "Subscription"

Understanding Your Current Plan

The Current Plan section shows:

  • Your active plan (e.g., "Superlines Starter Plan Monthly")
  • Subscription status (Active, Pending, Cancelled)
  • Next billing date
  • Quick action buttons for managing your subscription

Managing Billing Cycle

Superlines offers monthly and yearly billing options:

  1. In the Billing Cycle section, choose between:
    • Monthly Billing
    • Yearly Billing (with 17% savings)
  2. Your subscription cost will update based on your selection
  3. Changes to billing cycle take effect on your next billing date

Available Plans

Superlines offers several subscription tiers:

Free Plan

  • 1 recommendation per week
  • 1 organization
  • 1 team member
  • Basic features

Starter Plan (€49/month)

  • All basic features
  • 15 recommendations per month
  • Advanced AI agent
  • Marketing AI chat assistant
  • 1 organization
  • 1 team member

Growth Plan (€349/month)

  • All Starter features
  • Unlimited recommendations
  • Advanced AI agent
  • Marketing AI chat assistant
  • 5 organizations
  • 5 team members

Premium Plan (Custom pricing)

  • All Growth features
  • 20 organizations
  • 20 team members
  • Premium support
  • Onboarding with Superlines teams
  • Access to all future updates and integrations

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher-tier plan:

  1. Browse the available plans in the subscription management page
  2. Click "Upgrade" under the plan you wish to switch to
  3. Confirm your selection
  4. Update payment details if necessary
  5. Complete the upgrade process

When you upgrade:

  • You'll have immediate access to the new features
  • You'll be billed on a prorated basis for the remainder of your current cycle
  • Your next billing date will remain the same

Changing Payment Method

To update your payment information:

  1. Go to the Subscription Management page
  2. Click "Update Payment Method"
  3. Enter your new payment details
  4. Save your changes

Viewing Billing History

To access your billing history and receipts:

  1. Go to the Subscription Management page
  2. Click "Manage Billing & Receipts"
  3. View a list of all your past invoices
  4. Click on any invoice to download the receipt

Cancelling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to the Subscription Management page
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation
  4. Confirm your cancellation

Note:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You won't be charged after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription before the end of your billing period

Team Member Limits

Each subscription plan includes a specific number of team members:

  • Free: 1 team member
  • Starter: 1 team member
  • Growth: 5 team members
  • Premium: 20 team members

To add more team members beyond your plan's limit, you'll need to upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

Organization Limits

Similarly, each plan includes a specific number of organizations:

  • Free: 1 organization
  • Starter: 1 organization
  • Growth: 5 organizations
  • Premium: 20 organizations

Multiple organizations allow you to manage separate brands or clients under a single Superlines account.

Feature Limitations

Different subscription tiers provide access to different features:

  • Free: Basic features with limited usage
  • Starter: All features with moderate usage limits
  • Growth: All features with higher usage limits
  • Premium: All features with maximum usage limits and premium support

Check the plan details for specific feature limitations.

  1. Contact our support team at support@superlines.io
  2. Include your account details and specific question
  3. Our team will respond within one business day
