Organization Management

Organizations in Superlines allow you to collaborate with team members and manage multiple brands from a single account. This guide explains how to create and manage your organization effectively.

Creating a New Organization

Initial Setup

When you first log in to Superlines after creating your account, you'll be prompted to either create a new organization or join an existing one. To create a new organization:

  1. Click "Create a New Organization"
  2. Enter your organization name and website
  3. Click "Create Organization"

Managing Team Members

Accessing Team Management

To manage your team:

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Organization Settings"
  2. Scroll to the "Team Management" section
  3. You'll see tabs for "Members" and "Pending Invites"

Inviting Team Members

To invite team members to your organization:

  1. In the Team Management section, locate the invitation form
  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  3. Select their role from the dropdown (Member, Admin)
  4. Click "Invite"
  5. The user will appear in the "Pending Invites" tab until they accept

Member Limit

The number of team members you can invite depends on your subscription plan:

  • Free: 1 team member
  • Starter: 1 team member
  • Growth: 5 team members
  • Premium: 20 team members

A notification will show how many more team members you can invite (e.g., "You can invite 15 more team members").

Managing Existing Members

To manage existing team members:

  1. In the Team Management section, view the list of current members
  2. Each member entry shows:
    • Email address
    • Role (owner, admin)
    • Management options
  3. To change a user's role, use the role dropdown
  4. To remove a user, click the "Remove" button

User Roles and Permissions

Superlines has several user roles:

  • Owner: The creator of the organization with full access to all features and settings
  • Admin: Can manage most aspects of the organization, including adding/removing members and configuring settings
  • Member: Can view and edit content, run analyses, and use features, but with limited access to organization settings

Organization Language Settings

Setting Default Language

To configure the language settings for your organization. This will effect the language of AI-generated content, recommendations, and analysis across your organization:

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Organization Settings"
  2. Scroll to the "Organization Language" section
  3. Select your preferred language for AI output from the dropdown menu
  4. Available languages include English, Finnish, and others depending on your region
  5. Click "Save" to apply the changes

This setting determines the default language for AI-generated content, recommendations, and analysis across your organization.

Subscription Management

Accessing Subscription Settings

To manage your organization's subscription:

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Organization Settings"
  2. Scroll to the "Subscription Management" section
  3. View your current plan details including status and next billing date
  4. Click "Manage Subscription" to access the full subscription management page

Current Plan Information

The subscription section displays:

  • Current plan name (e.g., "Superlines Starter Plan Monthly")
  • Status (Active, Pending, Cancelled)
  • Next billing date
  • Quick action buttons for payment and billing management

Usage Limits

Each subscription plan has specific usage limits:

  • Number of brands you can manage
  • Number of recommendations per month
  • Number of team members you can invite
  • Access to premium features

You can view your current usage and limits in the subscription details.

Deleting an Organization

If you need to delete your organization:

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Organization"
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Organization"
  3. Confirm your decision by typing your organization name
  4. Click "Permanently Delete"

Warning: This action is irreversible and will delete all data associated with your organization, including all brands, analyses, and user associations.
